Service Time

We begin our worship service at 10:30a.m. Shortly after the service concludes, the families gather together in a pot-luck fellowship lunch.

What can you expect when you visit Grace Family Church?

A typical Sunday service format at Grace Family Church looks something like this:

• We begin with a review of the week's Scripture memory and catechism
• We sing contemporary choruses and traditional hymns
• Men lead in the reading of scriptures followed by a time of corporate prayer
• Scripture is taught verse by verse by an elder.
• Instruction is given on the Lord's Supper, after which the church partakes in the Lord's Supper.
• We all share a meal together and enjoy fun games and fellowship after the meal

One important difference you will find in the Sunday morning experience comes from our convictions to keep families together during the service. This can be quite different for many visitors, especialy since our meeting location is far more intimate than many of the larger churches in the area. Location

Although our mailing address is in Friendswood, we meet at a rented facility in the Clear Lake area,  the Clear Lake Sports and Recreation Center (formally named the Kermet H. Applewhite Sports and Recreation Center).
